Not your ordinary relationship, Rich is the artistic visionary, while Laura handles the business end of things. But it's Rich and Laura Larsen’s unique backgrounds which create a warm, inviting, and special experience for all their clients.

Rich Larsen was a Captain and Helicopter Pilot in the United States Marine Corps, as well as, 8 years in the corporate world before creating Sunflowers in 1994. As an officer in the military he honed his leadership, discipline, and organizational skills to a fine edge. As an executive for two Fortune 500 companies he is uniquely qualified to understand the time constraints and demands of his corporate clients. As owner of his own floral design company he has drawn from his art education in college, his experience working on all sides of the floral industry, and his passion for plants and flowers as a Master Gardener.

Laura danced with New York City Ballet and received a business education from Seton Hall. The attention to detail and perfection required to dance for one of the world’s premiere dance companies, along with her financial background in banking and business education perfectly compliment Rich’s artistic vision to ensure all their clients needs are met.
